Frequent questions
How long does delivery take?
It depends on destination and carrier. The estimated window is confirmed before the order is finalised.
What if it arrives damaged?
Refuse the delivery or record the damage on the delivery note with the driver present, then contact us the same day. With that record we resolve the replacement.
Can I collect in person?
Yes, by appointment, presenting identification and the order confirmation.
