to order
since 2019
What it is
Roasted coffee packed with a one-way valve and a roast date printed on the bag, not a vague best-before. Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting, so we roast to order rather than to warehouse.
What is included
- Traceable origin information
- Roast date printed on every bag
- One-way degassing valve
- Grind to order on request
- Brewing guidance for the profile
How it works
Green selection
We buy green coffee by cupping score and traceable origin, not by commodity lot alone.
Roast profile
Each origin gets a profile developed on sample roasts before it goes to production.
Packing
Degassing valve, roast date printed and grind to order, whole bean by default.
Dispatch
Shipped within days of roasting so it reaches you inside its best window.
Frequent questions
How long does roasted coffee keep?
Whole bean is at its best for roughly three to six weeks after roasting. Ground coffee loses aroma within days of grinding.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean, if you can grind at home. If not, tell us your brewing method and we grind accordingly.
How should I store it?
Sealed, at room temperature, away from light and heat. Not in the fridge, where moisture and odours get in.
