Cafe Minelis is a roastery, not a warehouse. We buy green coffee by cupping score and traceable origin, then roast against orders so the coffee reaches you inside its best window.
Each origin gets its own profile, developed on sample roasts and locked once it matches the brief. Production batches are logged, so consistency is measurable rather than claimed.
We supply households through retail bags and cafes and offices through wholesale, including private label roasting for brands that want their own blend.
